How do I activate my TMRW Credit Card or TMRW ATM/ Debit Card?

TMRW Debit Card:

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Everyday Account which is linked to your TMRW Debit Card. Tap on by "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

TMRW Credit Card:

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your unactivated credit card. Tap on "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

Debit Card:

Log in to UOB TMRW and view the debit card you would like to activate. Tap on "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

Credit Card:

Log in to UOB TMRW and view the credit card you would like to activate. Tap on "Activate Now". You will be required to enter your 6-digit secured PIN to activate the credit card.

To view or download your eStatements, navigate to your respective card and tap "Services". Under "Others", tap on "View eStatement" and select the month of the statement you would like to view or download. Your eStatement will appear on your screen. You may tap on the "Download" button on the top left hand corner of the screen to save a copy of your eStatement.

Log in to UOB TMRW and select your card. Thereafter, tap "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK" to block your card.

Activating Card

How do I apply for a credit card?

If you are an existing UOB TMRW customer, you can apply for an add-on credit card by logging on to your TMRW account, tap on Profile icon above, and select "Apply Credit Card" from the navigation menu.

For non-UOB TMRW customers, you can select the bundle product (TMRW Account + TMRW Credit Card) when you sign up for TMRW.

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Everyday Account which is linked to your TMRW Debit Card. Tap on by "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

TMRW Credit Card:

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your unactivated credit card. Tap on "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

Log in to UOB TMRW and select your TMRW Credit Card or TMRW Everyday Account (Debit Card). Thereafter, tap "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK".

You do not need to activate your TMRW Credit Card or TMRW Everyday Account (Debit Card) separately for overseas usage. Once you have activated them under "Activate Now", your card is ready for use locally and overseas!

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Everyday Account which is linked to your TMRW Debit Card. Tap on by "Activate Now". You will be required to set a 6-digit PIN. To confirm the new PIN, authenticate it with your Secure PIN.

Store and Online Purchases

Can I activate my other UOB cards via the TMRW App?

Yes, follow these steps!

Kartu ATM/Debit:

Login ke TMRW dan lihat kartu debit yang ingin kamu aktifkan. Tap "Aktifkan Sekarang". Kamu akan diminta untuk memasukkan 6-digit nomor PIN. Untuk mengonfirmasi PIN barumu, lakukan proses otentikasi dengan Secure PIN-mu.

Kartu Kredit:

Login ke TMRW dan lihat kartu kredit yang ingin kamu aktifkan. Tap "Aktifkan Sekarang". Kamu akan diminta untuk memasukkan 4-digit Secure PIN untuk mengaktifkan kartu kredit.

Yes, you can use your credit card for online transactions and set separate limits for store and online purchases.

For debit card, you can use it for offline (store) purchases only.

To increase or decrease your spending limits, navigate to your desired card and tap on "Services". Under "Change Limits", tap on "Spending limits". You can change your store and online purchases limits by entering your desired limit amount and select "Confirm". Authenticate this change with your Secure PIN.

Keeping Track of Balances

How do I view or download my eStatements?

To view or download your eStatements, navigate to your respective card and tap "Services". Under "Others", tap on "View eStatement" and select the month of the statement you would like to view or download. Your eStatement will appear on your screen. You may tap on the "Download" button on the top left hand corner of the screen to save a copy of your eStatement.

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Credit Card. You will see the outstanding balance at "You have spent" field. You will see your statement balance at "Your bill this month". Tap on "Transactions" to view your recent transactions.

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your card. Tap "Transactions" to view your recent transactions.

Log in to TMRW and view your TMRW Credit Card. You will see your available balance at the "Limit Left" field.

Yes, you can set separate limits for store and online purchases.

Yes, but only for selected reasons.

Log in to UOB TMRW and navigate to your TMRW Credit Card. Tap on "Services". Under "Change Limits", select "Temporary credit limit". Follow the on-screen instructions and key in the details to temporarily increase your credit or spending limit.

Card Expiry Date and CVV

How do I check the expiry date and CVV of my TMRW Credit Card or Debit Card?

Your card's expiry date and CVV will be stated on the card. The expiry date is at the front and the CVV is at the back of the card beside the signature field. These information are not available in the UOB TMRW App.

Block Card

How do I temporarily block my card?

Log in to UOB TMRW and select your card. Thereafter, tap "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK" to block your card.

For security reasons, we advise you to temporarily block your card following the steps below first:

  1. Log in to UOB TMRW and navigate to your respective card. Thereafter, tap "Services" and "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK".
  2. Thereafter, you can ask to permanently block your card and ask for card replacement, tap "Report lost or stolen card" under "Card Security".

Damaged Card

How do I get a replacement if my card is damaged?

You can ask for card replacement through UOB TMRW app. Go to the card you wish to replace, tap "Services" and "Report lost or stolen card" under "Card Security".

ATM Withdrawal

Bagaimana cara mengatur nomor PIN Kartu saya?

Navigate to your card and tap on "Services" Under "Card Security", tap on "Set Card PIN". Enter your new PIN and authenticate this change with your Secure PIN.

To set your ATM withdrawal limit, navigate to your card and tap on "Services". Under "Change Limits", tap on "ATM withdrawal limit". Enter your desired limit and select "Confirm". Authenticate this change with your Secure PIN.

Credit Card Cashback

Are there any requirements to start earning cashbacks on the default categories?

Don’t worry, there are no requirements!

    By default, you'll also earn:
  • 1% cashback on dining, supermarket & minimart and transportation.
  • 0.2% cashback on all other categories.

Yes, there are some. The categories are:

  1. Installment
  2. Insurance
  3. Money exchange
  4. Mutual fund
  5. Cash advances
  6. Late payment charges or interest charges
  7. Other fees and charges such as cash advance, annual or monthly fees or charges.

Log in to UOB TMRW and ensure that you have made 2 QR payments and 2 bill payments within the month to be eligible for the 6% cashback!

Of course you can. To view your current selected categories, navigate to your TMRW Credit Card and tap on "Services". Under "Others", tap on "Choose cashback categories".

Yes, you can. You can change your cashback categories once you have completed 2 QR payments and 2 bill payments via your TMRW Everyday Account within the same month. You can proceed to change your categories in the cashback screen in the following month.

Yes. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Make 2 QR payments within the same month via the UOB TMRW App; AND
  2. Make 2 bill payments with your TMRW Everyday Account within the same month via the UOB TMRW App.
  3. After you have fulfilled the above requirements by the last working day of the calendar month, you will be eligible for the 6% cashback on your selected spend categories made in the following month.
  4. Your remaining spend categories will continue to earn 0.2% cashback.

Of course. Once you have made 2 bill payments and 2 QR payments from TMRW Everyday Account via UOB Personal Internet Banking, you will be eligible for the 6% cashback.

No, you cannot. You can only choose 3 out of the 8 categories.

We'll identify the transactions and their categories via Merchant Category Codes (MCC). These codes are not decided by us, but rather by the merchants and their acquiring banks.

I am sorry, you cannot. You can only change your cashback categories once a month. Instead, you can opt for changes in the next month.

You may select 3 preferred cashback categories via the UOB TMRW App once a month to get 6% cashback the following month.

  8. Hotel & Travel

They will simply go back to the default cashback rate and default cashback categories, which are:

  1. 1% cashbacks on:

    3. Travel; and
  2. 0.2% cashbacks on all other categories.

Cashback will be calculated based on the transaction posting dates within a calendar month. The cashbacks will be seamlessly credited to your TMRW Credit Card every month.

On the second business day of the following month - that's how fast you'll get your cashbacks. Remember to keep your TMRW Credit Card in good standing by ensuring that you have no overdue payments or bills. Otherwise, your cashback may be forfeited.

The maximum cashback you can earn from your TMRW Credit Card is Rp 200.000 per month.

The minimum Cashback for cashback from TMRW Credit Card is Rp50.000.

Unfortunately, your cashback cannot be converted to cash. Also, you may not transfer the cashback to pay someone else or use it to pay liabilities of any person.

Your cashback is considered as payment so it could reduce your minimum monthly amount due.

You can change your cashback category by navigating to your TMRW credit card menu, and selecting "Choose cashback categories" from the "Others" section.

Once you are on 6% cashback, you can change the preselected categories to your preferred categories any time in the month and see the rebate details by tapping on "View Categories".

Here is how it works:

By default, you will be earning 1% cashback* for dining, supermarket & minimart and transportation (preselected categories). For the rest of the categories, you will be earning 0.2% cashback.

Once you make 2 bill payments and 2 fund transfers within a month, you will be eligible for 6% cashback in the following month for preselected categories. You can make changes to the preselected categories to become your preferred** categories once you are on 6% cashback. For the rest of the categories, cashback rate will remain at 0.2%.

Your cashback will be credited on the second working day of the following month.

Please take note that cashback rate and categories will fall back to default setup next month if 2 funds transfers and 2 bill payment is not made in current month.

*Cashback is only applicable for credit card transactions.

**3 categories can be selected as preferred categories.

Here is an example:

Mr. Tony made 2 fund transfers and 2 bill payments by 15 October. He can make changes to his preselected categories any time in November to start enjoying 6% cashback on preferred categories for his transactions between 1-30 November.

He will be credited 6% cashback for his preselected/desired categories and 0.2% for transactions of other categories on the second working day in December.

In Nov, he will be credited 1% cashback for his preselected categories and 0.2% for rest of the categories for his transactions between 1-31 October.

Yes. Your cashback will be credited back to you for the reversed transaction.

Flexi Repayment

How do I convert a transaction into Flexi Repayment plan?

Navigate to your TMRW Credit Card and tap "Transaction" followed by "Activate Instalment Plan". Then, you can choose up to 5 transactions with minimum value Rp 500.000 per transaction. Subsequently, you can choose your preferred tenure and confirm your request.

You can convert up to 5 transactions into Flexi Repayment per conversion request as long as each transaction has a minimum of IDR 500,000.

You can also make multiple requests for Flexi Repayment conversion.

Of course you can.

Unfortunately, you can only convert your unbilled transaction.

There are 3 different installment payment tenures to choose from:

  1. 3 Months
  2. 6 Months
  3. 12 Months

Interest rate of each tenure is the same at 1.3% flat interest rate per month.

Flexi Repayment can be used for transactions that fulfil the following criteria:

  1. You can combine up to a maximum of 5 transactions per request for Flexi Repayment.
  2. Each transaction amount must be a minimum of IDR 500,000.
  3. Only transactions that HAVE NOT BEEN BILLED are allowed for Flexi Repayment conversion.

Note: The following transaction types are not applicable for Flexi Repayment conversion:

  • Interest payment
  • Cash Advance
  • Existing Flexi Repayment installment payment
  • Fees & Charges

Yes, there is a cancellation fee of IDR 250,000 if you wish to cancel your Flexi Repayment plan.

Unfortunately no, you will not be able to change your Flexi Repayment tenure once your start. If you would like to cancel your Flexi Repayment, there would be a Rp 250.000 cancellation fee imposed.

Once you have chosen your preferred tenure, you can easily see the interest rate and the monthly instalment amount of your instalment request.
