What are the new services in Wealth menu in UOB TMRW App?

New services in Wealth menu will allow you to open an UT Account, Create/Update Customer Risk Profile, and perform Mutual Fund Transactions (Subscription/Top up, Redemption, and Switching).

The new service is available on the UOB TMRW app. Once the customer is logging, they can access the Wealth menu at the bottom of the homepage.

  • Explore and Invest: To perform Mutual Fund Transactions such as Subscription, Redemption, and Switching.
  • Your transactions: To view Historical and Ongoing Transactions.
  • Risk Profile Assessment: To update Customer Risk Profile.

All UOB Indonesia customers with access to UOB TMRW App and fulfill the requirement.

Open Investment Account

What is Investment Account?

An investment account is an account that used to holds your Mutual Fund.

  • Customers must complete KYC data.
  • SID can be formed no later than T+2 bourse days after KYC data is complete.
  • Customers must read the Terms & Conditions of Investment Products through the link provided.

Notes

For customers who only have TMRW accounts (no individual accounts opened through branches), they are required to re-complete their Religion, Education, and Source of Fund (SOF) data via UOB Contact Centre 14008 or chat TIA.

Risk Profile Assessment is an overview to find out, Investor's financial profile, investment understanding and experience, Investor's risk tolerance and determine the risk profile category of Potential Investor/Investor, namely: Conservative/Moderate/ Aggressive.

Yes, you can update your risk profile in "Risk Profile Assessment" menu.

Your Risk Profile is valid for 1 year from the date of your Risk Profile assessment submission or depending to your needs, whichever is faster.

If your risk profile has expired (exceeding of one year period), you cannot perform Mutual Fund transaction.

The status of the Investment Account opening application can be seen in UOB TMRW's notification.

  • Customers must have an Individual Saving Account that is linked to the Investment Account.
  • If the customer has Mutual Funds denominated in USD, it is mandatory to have Individual Saving Account in IDR and USD.
  • Transactions cannot be made on behalf of a Joint Or/And Account.


Investment Account opening is within 1 - 2 working days. Customer is only able to perform transaction once the investment account has been opened.

Mutual Fund Transaction

What type of Mutual Fund Transaction can be done in UOB TMRW App?

You can perform Mutual Fund transaction such as Subscription, Redemption, and Switching.

Minimum amount of Mutual Fund transaction is IDR 100.000 or whichever is greater according to the provisions of each Mutual Fund Product.

Mutual Fund transaction cut off time is at 13:00 WIB.

The transaction will be processed on the next bourse day and using next bourse day NAV.

Customer perform One-time Subscription of Mutual Fund/ Subscription of Mutual Fund that is only performed once.

Subscription of Mutual Fund that performed periodically on monthly basis, with predetermined transaction amount and period of time.

Mutual Fund transactions can be viewed up to 365 days in "Your transaction" menu.

Yes, you can search Mutual Fund Products based on the choice of asset class that suits your risk profile or search of what you want through "Search for mutual funds".

Choose Your Own is features to create the portfolio by starting Mutual Fund Investment.

You CANNOT perform subscription/switching of Mutual Fund that does not suit of your risk profile.

Past Performance of each Mutual Fund Product will be shown since it was launched, from 1 Month up to more than 12 months.

To view the Mutual Fund performance at the end of each month, customer can access Fund Fact Sheet in TMRW application.

Regular Investment

What is Regular Mutual Fund Subscription?

Subscription of Mutual Fund that performed periodically on monthly basis, with predetermined transaction amount and period of time.

Yes, Customer can make a Regular Investment Mutual Fund transaction, in “Explore and Invest” menu, and tick "Monthly Investment”.

Regular Investment period starts from 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, or until the time limit that is determined by customer.

Yes, Customer can stop the Regular Investment through "Manage Monthly Investment" menu, then click "Terminate".

What is Fund Fact Sheet?

A monthly report issued by the Investment Manager containing information on product performance, asset composition, and securities portfolio.

Documents containing detailed information of Mutual Fund products, such as Custodian Bank information, Investment Manager, risks, fees, etc.

Single Investor Identification (SID) is a single identity number for Mutual Fund Investor that is created by PT KSEI (PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia) and is one of the requirement for an investor to subscribe any Capital Market product. The function of SID is to state that a person is officially registered as an investor in the capital market.

The Core Mutual Fund is a category of Mutual Fund that have the character of fluctuations and low dependence on market conditions.

Wealth Portfolio View

Wealth Portfolio View will allow you to monitor your investment performance and view your portfolio, including Cash, Investments, and Insurance cash value in one place.

Wealth Portfolio View feature displays the assets below and their underlying:

  • Cash: Current Account/Saving Account, Time Deposit/Fixed Deposit, UPlan.
  • Investment: Unit Trust & Bond.
  • Treasury: Structured Deposit (Maxi Yield & PFD).
  • Insurance: Investment Linked Plan, Traditional.

Total Asset View

Total cash available displayed in UOB TMRW is all your deposit holdings including joint account. You can view the details of each account you have by clicking the ">" icon in the Total Cash category.
